Account Manager

Main Job Function(s):

*Accountable for all sales and account management activities with cellular/wireless operators related to In-Building Solutions
*Build and maintain close rapport with related contacts and/or persons in charge within cellular/wireless operators organization
*Settle all commercial and legal aspects with cellular/wireless operators related to In-Building Solutions within deadline
*Ensure all payments are made by tenants/wireless operators adhering to the agreed terms


Major Task(s):

*Build and maintain relationship with all related persons at any level in cellular/wireless operator’s organization
*Prepare and deliver pricing quotations, commercial documents, proposals, and related presentations to cellular operators within specified deadline
*Propose sites, negotiate pricings, close deals, and settle contracts with cellular/wireless operators within deadline and target selling price
*Manage all direct and indirect resources related to account management
*Continuously monitor and update management with latest market price and trends in shared infrastructure business
*Prepare and submit regular departmental and executive reports in timely manner

Specification / Candidate Qualification:

1.Quantity : 1
2.Degree : S1/S2
3.Major : Engineering/Business/Management
4.Status : Permanent after 3 month probationary period

Requirement(s):

*At least 2 years experience as Account Manager or equivalent position
*Network in telecommunication industry is advantage
*FEMALE under 28 years old and presentable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Good marketing and good presentation skills
*Result-oriented and self-driven person
*Equally perform both as team member and individual
*Computer and MS Office applications literate
