Our business forms part of the Fluid Power Group Aerospace Operations and manufactures a variety of static and dynamic seals and bellows for critical fluid control and containment systems in demanding Aerospace applications.

We currently have a vacancy in our Batam operation and would like to invite highly motivated individuals to grow with us in this position:

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Organizes resources for the effective production of Bellows from stamping and hardware production in accordance with Eaton FC Batam Fluid Sciences requirements and specifications

Key Responsibilities:

*Maintains an effective and economical production system in Bellows team
*Prepare and schedule work to ensure that turn-times and production targets are met
*Evaluate and ensure that all tools, equipment and facilities are properly controlled, efficiently utilized and properly maintained
*Evaluate and ensures that colleagues are trained and in possession of the necessary knowledge, skills and qualifications for the jobs to be performed
*Instill a healthy and positive work attitude among colleagues, with proper regard for standard work and safety practices
*Monitors and Control team performance, attendance and discipline
*Ensures safety of colleagues, equipment and facilities by eliminating hazards in the work areas
*Plans and arranges Bellows team work schedules, vacation leave, shift work if any and overtime to optimize production resources
*Control all the production consumable material
*Liaise with Product Transfer Team and Ensure that there is no gap between Qualification Phase and Production Mode in term of process, tooling, training, Manpower and Machine Capacity
*Coordinate continuous improvement, problem solving and team building activities and Implements the ELS Culture to the team such as Work Standardization, Kaizen, 5S, Setup Time Reduction

Requirements:

*University Graduate from Mechanical Engineering, Sciences
*2-3 years experience in the same position in a manufacturing environment, especially in mechanical or machining or stamping company
*Knowledge of manufacturing process control
*Experience in mechanical component manufacturing
*Leadership Skill, Self Motivated, Excellent Working Attitude
*Experience in Continuous Improvement Tools: Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
*Experience with preparation of manufacturing documentation and reports
*Able to work effectively in a team oriented matrix management structure
*Able to communicate (speak and write) in English
