Trainer Operasional Alat-Alat Berat - Kaltim Based
Responsible for:
* Develop training materials pengoperasioan heavy equipment (excavator, bulldozer, motor grader, skidder, backhoe loader, compactor, etc.).
* Identify training needs of heavy equipment operators who have at this time.
* Reduce the number of workplace accidents error pengoperasioan-weight equipment.
* Responsible for removing the SIMPER (Driving License Company) for the operator HE;
Requirements:
* Pendidikan minimal SLTA equivalent, with 3-5 years experience in operating the various HE
* Of the basics first and OHSE.
* Understanding the basic principles and concepts of training.
* Computer and IT literature; Current Indonesian and English;
* Having a good power of concentration
* Has the ability to motivate and facilitate others in the process of training.
* Have the initiative, and have professional integrity.
* Problem solver and can work team.
